Unfortunately, CSS has informed us that the current discounts for AVR members will be adjusted from 01.01.2025. Instead of 10% discount, there will only be an 8% discount on “myFlex” outpatient insurance and a 6% discounton “myFlex” hospital insurance. This change also applies to existing policies.
The AVR very much regrets this move by CSS.
Nevertheless, we have agreed to the change so that you can still benefit from this revised offer, but we are no longer obliged to exclusively partner with CSS.
This means that the AVR will launch a new tender with the various health insurers at the beginning of 2025 so that we can continue to offer you great benefits.
As soon as we have more clarity on how and whether we will continue our partnership with CSS and/or another health insurance company, we will let you know.
Until then, you can still get information and advice from CSS, but there will be no dedicated on-site advisor days in 2024.
