Ordering non-prescription products
Please note: A medication that is subject to the Swiss Medicines Act can only be picked up from the pharmacy without a prescription via Click & Collect. In individual cases a home delivery service or delivery is possible, please contact us by email.
Webshop order
When ordering for the first time, register first using your Roche business email address. Then follow the steps below:
- Select your products.
- Add them to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
- Enter the advantage code.
- Delivery or collection, both are free of charge for you: choose how you would like to receive the products and confirm the delivery address and click continue.
- Payment: Select the payment option (TWINT or credit card)
- Order overview: Here you can see the conditions again (20% on your purchase, as well as free delivery and shipping costs). Exclusively for you as a Roche employee: You have the option of sending the pharmacy a message.
- After accepting the “Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy”, the purchase can be completed.
Please note that you cannot use a guest account for online shop orders.

Ordering prescription products
- On site at the pharmacy or by sending an email from your Roche email address to “info@gesundheit.apotheke.ch“.
- After personal contact and the legally required specialist consultation.
- Always attach a picture of the prescription and your health insurance card in the email.
- Collection from the pharmacy or delivery (see delivery conditions below)
- Billing via health insurance or invoice.

Orders submitted until 4:00 p.m. will be delivered by courier the next day. - Delivery service whole Switzerland
