We are pleased to inform you that our partnership with Swisscom has been extended. There are a few minor changes you should be aware of:
1. New Prices as of January 2026
New, more favorable conditions have been in effect since the beginning of this year. You can find the details here.
2. New Fair Use Policy
As a result of the new conditions, our Fair Use Policy has been slightly adjusted. What remains the same: the new policy is still generous and more than sufficient for normal use of calls, SMS, and data. The use of the subscription in 5G routers or as a replacement for a home internet connection remains prohibited.
3. Personal Responsibility for Payment
What has also not changed is your responsibility for the timely payment of your mobile phone bills. You are responsible for settling your invoices. Please ensure that your bills are paid on time to avoid reminders or service suspensions. In order to maintain this offer at these conditions for all employees, we rely on keeping the administrative overhead (including that of the AVR office) to an absolute minimum. Please note that invoices are sent exclusively to your Roche email address (usually by the 9th of the following month). You can find information on how to set up eBill or LSV (direct debit) here for added convenience.
4. Cancellation upon leaving Roche
If you leave Roche, please remember to cancel your contract yourself in a timely manner. The contract does not terminate automatically upon your departure. Please check the applicable notice periods in advance. You can find the cancellation form here. You remain responsible for any subscription fees incurred until the official cancellation of the subscription (even after leaving the company).
