The Roche Employees’ Association (AVR) is celebrating its 75th anniversary and wants to mark this milestone in style with you and a guest! We cordially invite you to an unforgettable evening of good food, great music, and wonderful company.

- Price: Only CHF 25 per person, including a hearty dinner.
As a special gift for our 75th anniversary, drinks (soft drinks, beer, and wine) are complimentary for the entire evening. Other drinks, such as cocktails, can be purchased at the bar.
How to Secure Your Tickets – It Pays to Be Quick!
Attendance for this exclusive event is limited to 650 people. Tickets will be allocated on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
- Registration: Please register yourself and your guest using this form.
- Important: Registration will close automatically as soon as all 650 tickets have been allocated.
- Quick Tip: Should spots become available due to cancellations, we will re-open the form for a short time. So it’s worth checking back later!
- Payment: In the form, you’ll find all the necessary information for payment via TWINT (QR code) or bank transfer.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: You must include your name AND your Roche email address as the payment reference. This is the only way we can correctly assign your payment. Please also ensure the correct amount is transferred (CHF 25 for one ticket, CHF 50 for two).
The deadline for registration and payment is September 1, 2025.
Save yourself the wait at the entrance and pick up your paid tickets conveniently in advance! There are several pickup dates in July, August, and September at the following locations (see details below).
- Condition: Tickets must be paid for at least two days before the pickup date. Payment is not possible on-site.
Any tickets not picked up beforehand will be held for you at the entrance on the evening of the party.
Please Note: Entry without a ticket is not possible, even if it was previously collected. We cannot offer replacements for lost tickets, and tickets are non-refundable.
